Hmm,  that’s a lovely state to be in, isn’t it?   I felt that state watching the wind take the waves off shore over brekkie this Sunday. I was thinking about my coaching client who just promoted up to the next level in her company.  This was the second promotion she and I had worked on and I realized that she had embraced my “CONSISTENCY” rules.

To be consistent you have to have a PLAN!  And as another client reminded me today, planning is your passion!   She said, “Gale, with your systems and planning tools, your passion shines!”

This week I’m deep into the 2022 DIRECT SALES PLANNER system.  I am so excited with all the new features I’ll be adding along with more organizational tools to help you plan a successful business.  Here’s a sneak peek at the new cover.  More to come about how this cover design inspired me to focus on my passion.
