I’m such a freak when it comes to TO-DO lists and checklists of any kind. Why is that? Because, I believe it helps me feel calm, focused and organized. It’s just my personal approach to life and for me it works. What about you?
How do you begin your day? I wake up at 4am, read (non-fiction), meditate, drink tea and write in my journal before heading to my office to check my TO-DO list.
How do you end your day? I review my TO-DO list before I leave my office, do my 5-minute facial, read (a novel), and have a moment of gratitude before my head hits the pillow.

Your TO-DO LIST drives your why! When you have tasks on your list, take a look at your “why.” What things on your list help you remember the big picture! The little things that add up to helping you achieve the BIG things that really matter. Staying in touch with your “why” helps
you work on top priorities, the important things, that must get done to achieve those big goals.
Your TO-DO LIST Frees up your brain! Gets things out of your head! This has been the game changer for me. TO-DO LISTS are here to help us remember important tasks we don’t want to forget. When I make sure I write down ideas or tasks on my TO-DO list I find it frees up my brain. Once its written
down, I don’t forget it. I can breathe, feel secure I won’t forget it and move on. This means I’m open to other opportunities that may present themselves.
Your TO-DO List Helps you Plan. Planning is about making decisions and hitting goals. To do that I recommend FIVE TO-DO’s for the day. I make sure I get FIVE tasks done every day and this helps me overcome procrastination doing 5 things that bring structure to my day.
Your TO-DO List shows you a visual record of things accomplished at the end of the day! Its import ant remember this is “your” list. I know I work better with a list I can see every day. It helps me know that I’m getting things done in an orderly way.
