But, what’s most important about August is being prepared for the business coming your way to set up a successful fall. Here are a few things I suggest
- Set your goals to have your highest sales and recruiting months of the year.
- Create a sales’ and recruiting goals to earn your trip incentive
- Plan your high season ahead with specific events like Back to School, Pink October, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Holiday and New Year events.
- Set you priority to strengthen your team by supporting them with my FOUR big team events every month.
