There was a defining moment for me when I realized I should invest in my business that affected the growth of my income. At the time, I didn't realize I was so close to earning a big award because I didn't think earning awards was important. However, I started to see other leaders earning these awards and getting
amazing results.
So, I got super curious and started asking questions with these top leaders. In fact, I interviewed the top 3 leaders and found one common denominator. These people had all invested in their business and invested in themselves. Many were educating
themselves with courses, but ALL OF THEM HAD INVESTED IN COACHING!
Carol Dweck says, “Individuals who have a growth mindset, have a special talent for identifying their own strength & weaknesses.” And this is what I found when I invested in Coaching. I identified these 5 areas of my business that I needed to build up and threw myself into strengthening my skills in
each.

- A goal to have the MOST personal recruits.
- A goal to grow the MOST Team Leaders.
- Focus on promoting leaders through building confidence in others.
- Focus on investing in my own personal development.
