One of the first workshops I attended at a conference was all about “leaving money on the table.”  It was an eye opener for me, because sometimes we don’t realize there is money hiding in plain sight! Once I realized all it took was to open my eyes and pay attention to these places, I began to see higher
sales, more future bookings and a way to find new team members.

Here are 5 places I recommend you look inside your business to find hidden money.

#1 Money is hiding in Hostess Coaching.  Working with your hostess and her guest list is key to having a successful party. That’s why I recommend you learn how to get the RIGHT People to the party. The RIGHT people are the people who love your products and love to BUY your products.  This

#2 Money is hiding in 10 Buying Guests at every party.  That’s the goal at every party. I drill this into my coaching clients and we work on their sales skills and presentation so guests and hostess are
ready to buy.  One tip: At your next party, think about offering a bundle (value $95). People love sales, they love the VALUE of saving. Your sales increase when offer lots of VALUE.

#3 Money is hiding at your Concierge Checkout at every party.  When you give someone a shopping link to order you leave it up to the individual, but when you have the opportunity to help your guests at your
parties choose the right products they feel will benefit them, they will LOVE your service, and you will find your sales are higher. The Concierge Check-out is a 6-step system I teach my coaching clients that gets amazing results!Â

#4 Money is hiding in your consistent customer follow up system. When you get towards the end of the month and you’re scrambling to hit your goals, you WISH you had a customer care system. I recommend setting up
a system to connect your customers on a consistent basis with the intention of SERVING them, not SELLING them and you’ll find more re-orders and future business will come your way.

#5 Money is hiding every time you team build and recruit. Do you know exactly the commission you make when you recruit 3 people?  What about when they recruit 3 people, what will your commission rise to
then? When you put the focus on TEAM BUILDING you’ll find your monthly team commission rises exponentially every month.
