This is my morning RITUAL and if I miss this little part of my day, it feels like the rest of the day is OFF KILTER.   (I posted about this on Instagram this week.) 

 

That’s how follow-up can feel if you don’t have any systems in place.   Today, I’m sharing the third message in a 3-part series about follow-up.

Today’s follow-up is the GOLD to team building!   And if you’re like me and believe in daily rituals, this follow-up ritual I share with you today, will make you a ROCKSTAR RECRUITER

 

So, here goes…  This is the million-dollar ritual that took our team to the top of the company.

 

• AT EVERY PARTY:  Discover three prospects & share your Recruiting packet.
• FOLLOW-UP right after the party to schedule a recruiting conversation with each one.
• HOLD the recruiting conversation (I call them coffee chats) and share your opportunity.
• FOLLOW-UP and Invite them to your next opportunity event.
• FOLLOW-UP and see if it’s the RIGHT TIME for them to join.

 

This is part of my duplication process that I share in our Journey to Leadership coaching program.  You learn how to strengthen your skills in each one of the bullet points, and when you turn this into a ritual at EVERY PARTY and follow-up with three people the results will impact your recruiting.

There’s so much power in NUMBERS if you follow this ritual.  You could be recruiting at least two to three people every month.  My team members used to say, “Gale, how are you always consistently recruiting 3 or more people every month, AND leading our team?”   It’s because I had this crazy ritual, and my top leaders GOT it.  They tweaked it to make it work for them and that’s what strengthened their team building as well

 

However, you have to understand that not everyone you share your opportunity with is ready to join RIGHT NOW!   It’s a process, and I believe people join when it’s the right time for THEM!
