A fun little story…. (and a FREEBIE)

I hope you had a great Valentine’s day!

You see this box? I call it my LOVE box. It’s actually a beautiful hand-made Koa box I received as a gift for my birthday.

Many of you know, I built my Direct Sales Business just like you.

One recruit at a time!

Until I had a very strong team, and as a team we went on to be the NUMBER ONE team in the company (more than once.)

When I moved from the field, I received “hundreds” of love letters from my team and many, many colleagues in the company. I had no idea, I had touched so many people’s lives. My journey took me into the corporate world, before eventually starting my own coaching business.

In honor of Valentine’s week, I always open my box and read a couple of these LOVE letters. Here’s one that made me laugh out loud this week, and I felt like I just had to share it with you.

“Gale, I’ll never forget the first time when you ”let your hair down!”

Sitting around your kitchen table, you said...”I can’t stand this bra any longer!” You reached in your blouse and in one swift move you pulled your bra out of your sleeve and threw it across the room! With or without a bra, you’re the best!”

Why do I share this crazy story? Because, this is the essence of friendships and it is all about LOVING on your team. My team was the BEST! We LOVED being together. We LOVED being part of our team, called “Keia Manawa” which meant “The Time is Now!” Just like YOU, I'm sure your team is the BEST!

I’ve started sending motivational texts every Tuesday. This week I reminded everyone about the importance of discipline.

"Developing discipline is a daily habit. This is the week to develop the discipline of looking ahead to the next 4 weeks in getting your calendar booked out ahead. I recommend my CALENDAR CONFIDENCE system using the booking “love language.” (Available in the 2021 Direct Sales Planner.) Some people get to the end of the month and scramble to get bookings. If you develop a daily discipline of keeping your calendar full every 4-8 weeks ahead, you’ll find your bookings will flow and so will your business.”
