There are 3 ESSENTIAL systems my clients and I work together on …
The first is a Time Management system. I find this is the number one struggle for every client. I show them an exercise to help them figure exactly how much time they have every week to work their business around their life. Then we work on those actual time blocks to maximize high paying activities in four areas of their business. This is all encompassed in
my Sunday Night planning system and my One Notebook system. I dedicate a whole training to this in the Journey to Leadership program.
Second is a Booking System. The second struggle for most of my clients is having “consistent” bookings on their calendar. This week I heard one client say, “I now feel confident in asking for bookings.” Then, another client said, “I know I need to ask for a booking, but I’m afraid.” She’s working through the system using my booking love language.
Third system is my Recruiting System. The big thing about this system is understanding that recruiting is a step-by-step relationship process. Knowing what steps to take until your prospect says “yes” is built in to the system.
