You know what a non-negotiable is right? It’s a meeting or appointment on your calendar when someone says, can you meet for coffee on zoom at 10 on Thursday and you look at your calendar and it says, “FOLLOW-UP POWER HOUR.” Ordinarily, you might think to yourself, I’ll do that later, but if you are serious about your business, you say to your friend, “I’m
sorry I have an appointment on that day that can’t be broken.” This is what I mean by a NON-NEGOTIABLE.
