Your collaboration allows you to build a BFF (best friend forever) relationship. You learn about her life, why she loves your products and why she
wants to share them with her friends.
This collaboration leads to you meeting new people, enjoying sales and ultimately earning income in your business. Think about how you partner with your hostesses? COMMUNITY is everything, isn’t it? We have communities on social media with our VIP customers. We create community at every party when we collaborate with hostesses.
When I think of community, I think about team building. I think about my own million-dollar team. I think about the hundreds of leaders I’ve helped grow strong, and power teams. Nowadays, that’s a whole learning module in my Journey to Leadership Coaching program.
Community is about building relationships. Friendships. When you build friendships in your team, you inspire a sense of belonging and when you have inspired team members, you have people actively working their business. As a leader you offer support, training and encouragement to all your team members and this creates a successful community.
