Aloha,

 

In early January 2020, I sat in a seat in a huge convention hall in San Diego, (remember when we did that?) with my bestie (remember meeting with friends?)  and set myself some lofty goals for 2020.  I was excited to learn from others and spent every day at that convention writing notes and building relationships with people I’d never met before.

 

Then, March hit with Covid and all those lofty goals were thrown out the window.   

 

Like you, I had to pivot.  I had to make some decisions, and one of those decisions was to “let go” of what was out of my control.   When I look back at that time and the decisions I made, it made me realize that it was these choices I made that made my coaching business so successful despite a year of pandemic.

In 2021 there are many unknowns for all of us.  Will the pandemic end in 2021?  I keep hearing of many people and friends who have contracted this illness - some even died.  So I think we will be faced with many decisions!   

 

I want 2021 to be a better year for you, for me and for all of us.  The good thing is we do have choices and the choices we make will determine our success.
