When you read a post on Facebook in a team group that says…
“I LOVE being part of this group and this company. It has been such a fantastic journey since I met my leader and made friends with so many people in our team. I know that this TEAM and company is the right fit for me!”
This reminds me of that saying, “Love what you do, and you’ll never work another day in your life.”
How many times do you hear someone say,
“I HAVE to go to work!” or
“I HATE going to work!” or
“I WISH I didn’t have to go to work!”
That’s because they don’t love what they do!
Their job isn’t FUN!
Their job doesn’t give them the choice to work on a flex schedule!
Their job doesn’t make it easy to reach their goals!
Their job doesn’t offer amazing support and leadership training!
Their job doesn’t offer rewards & recognition!
Their job doesn’t allow them the freedom to dream!
Successful direct sellers LOVE what they do!
I know this, because every Monday my clients check in with me on Marco Polo. I see the lovely smiles on their faces as they share their week’s accomplishments.
I SEE the way they LOVE what they do.
These are the REASONS they love what they do.
- They LOVE holding six or more virtual parties every month building relationships.
- They LOVE making strong connections with hostesses from every party building relationships.
- They LOVE planting booking seeds with innovative techniques and to have future bookings building relationships.
- They LOVE interacting with guests at parties building relationships.
- They LOVE sharing ideas and tips in their special VIP customer groups building relationships.
- They LOVE approaching prospects to learn more about their business building relationships.
- They LOVE inviting prospects to opportunity events to build relationships.
- They LOVE connecting with team members in their various online groups building relationships.
- They LOVE having a positive attitude and know that when they build stronger relationships with customers, hostesses, prospects and team members, their business grows.
As you can see the common denominator is “building relationships.”
If you want to grow a strong direct sales business, you have to LOVE building relationships.
Take a minute today and review this LOVE checklist.
If you want to be successful in Direct Sales you have to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE doing everything on this list, but most of all you have to LOVE building relationships.
