I remember the month we recruited 62 new coordinators into our team!  

 

It was the month of April.  I was in Denver, Colorado and I was holding weekly training at my home.

 

I had to run down to Crate and Barrell at Park Meadows Mall to buy new folding chairs so everyone had a seat at our meeting.   I still use those chairs today for back up when we have more than 10 people to dinner. 

 

At the end of each meeting…   where everyone was happy and building friendships with each other.. they would say, “Gale, I love your system.  It’s so easy to follow.  What is the name of your system?”

 

I realized that people love to follow systems.   I used to say, “I’m a systems and formula person.”  When I have a step-by-step list of actions to follow, I get things done.  It all makes sense to me.

I had the perfect name for my team booking system after I saw a movie called the CALENDAR GIRLS.  It’s a British movie full of amazing British humor.  And what you learn from this movie is girlfriends or women friends, contributing to a greater cause, gaining confidence stepping out of their comfort zone and supporting one another in an amazing friendship circle.   John Maxwell’s quote above, says it all!

 

This is how my system works -

• You have team members who are contributing to the team effort.
• When they are recognized for these efforts, it builds their confidence.
• When the team is working together, it builds amazing camaraderie.
• With this sense of support for one another, these team building qualities help you become a top-class leader.   

 

That is the story of how I built my million-dollar team to the top of my company, but it’s also the story of how I help my coaching clients today have high sales, consistent bookings and recruit strong and powerful teams working with systems.  We work on

• On-boarding systems
• Training systems
• Tracking systems
• Recognition systems
• Booking and Recruiting systems.

 

Right now, I’m helping my coaching clients in the Journey to Leadership program have DAILY SUCCESS habits.  We are tracking their high revenue activities so they understand the importance of what moves their business and what makes them money.
