It’s a busy time of the year, but it’s also an important time of the year to plan for 2021.

This is how I plan my week...

I start with pouring myself a lovely cup of Bushels (aussie) tea and work with my Direct Sales Planner, My One Notebook system and my phone.  (Reminder the Direct Sales Planner early bird price is available all through December here. )

 

This week I held our monthly Journey to Leadership Mastermind meeting.  This is a monthly session where my Journey peeps gather together to focus on a special training so everyone leaves with an action plan for important areas of their business.

 

I’m a goal setter!  I believe goals help you achieve great things in your business. However sometimes goals can be intimidating and we write them down, then don’t see the results because we didn’t have a game plan to succeed.

I prepare a check list before I actually set the goals.

This was the TRAINING TOPIC in this week’s mastermind.  To create that check list for 2021 we asked a number of questions.  We reflected and reviewed our past actions in 2020.  Then, we  analyzed our business breaking it down into three different categories and extrapolated the details with red, green and yellow highlighters.

 

At the end of each mastermind everyone shares their biggest takeaway.  This is important because sometimes someone else’s takeaway may be the one you missed yourself.  Here are some of the takeaways from this week’s mastermind

 

• Do more follow up consistently.
• Focus on booking 6 parties every month.
• Incorporate more of your systems
• Know my numbers and quantifying where I want to be.
• Team building with my team.
• Believe in myself.
• Inspired to track my stats to determine my next step.
• Create Business hours.
