This has been a week of ups and downs for me, but I’m grateful I can still work my business from home and step outside my office to have a lovely morning tea on the patio with roses picked from my garden. I am grateful to connect with my coaching community in Canada, Australia, United States and United Kingdom because it reminds me that I have a “global” business.
Â
And that’s the opportunity you have as a direct seller today to build a strong community “globally.”    Here are three tips I’m sharing with my coaching clients to grow a strong global community.

-  Every party give the hostess an incentive to invite three friends from different states, counties, or provinces.  This encourages her to think about friends who live far away, and because we are only doing “virtual” parties right now, it gives you the opportunity to expand your business.

- Work on inviting all guests into your VIP Facebook Group. If you don’t have a VIP Customer group, I highly recommend you begin one and use it to serve your customers with tips and information about your products. Building stronger relationships in your customer group builds deeper relationships with customers. And, focus on bringing customers in from all over the country.  Think how your
products might work differently in a cooler or warmer climate.  Share these solutions and of course, build relationships with fun engaging posts that entertain your customers so they will love being part of your community.

- Send out a monthly email newsletter to all your customers globally. Many people are not on Facebook.  Make this entertaining with lots of great tips how to use your products and share a little bit about your life running a business from home during the pandemic.

Above all be consistent with these 3 tips.Â

- Be consistent in working with hostess to add 3 new guests. This is consistently working on lead generation – more customers, more hostesses, more recruit leads.
- Be consistent in posting every day in your VIP Facebook group, building relationships which leads to more customers, more hostesses, more recruit leads.
- Be consistent in sending your Customer email newsletter out every month (same day, same time) sharing great tips on how to use your products which leads to more customers, more hostesses, more recruit leads.
