I’m glad you opened this email. You must be thinking about hiring a coach or mentor.
I can personally say after working with coaches myself (and I still do) I always use this checklist to measure whether it will be the right fit for me.
Many of my coaching clients use this checklist before they join my programs because it helps them know exactly what they want to accomplish within that coaching period.
The checklist is just 5 questions…
Question #1. What is the result I want to accomplish during my coaching period?
I like clients to complete a questionnaire so they are clear with what they want.
Question #2. Is my Coach Qualified and experienced to help me?
My clients know I’ve walked this journey myself building a million dollar-team.
Question #3. What skills do I need to learn that hold me back?
When my clients follow my systems, they learn how to strengthen the skills of selling, booking and recruiting and team building.
Question #4. Will I have time to implement the work and stay accountable?
In my coaching programs we have a vigorous accountability program that helps you take action and get things done.
Question #5. What steps do I need to achieve my goals?
Aaah… this is the best question, because this means you are ready to take it one tiny step at a time. Our mantra is “Tiny steps lead to Big Goals.
