It has been a week of coaching clients who are all holding successful online parties!   I’m so proud of my clients who have made the SWITCH to online. 

 

It has been a learning experience for everyone, mostly because this a new experience.  A new experience for the consultant.  A new experience for the hostess.  A new experience for the guests.

 

The coaching topic of the week was all about having motivated and engaged hostesses, and how to attract them and more importantly keep them engaged.  We all know when you have a dynamic hostess, the magic happens!   

 

- she invites the right guests to the party.

- she lets them know this is a unique and special shopping experience.

- she is enthusiastic and interacts with everyone.

- her friends love being part of her event.

- You share a WOW demonstration that everyone loves.

- Everyone enjoys the interaction with each other because the hostess is engaged.

- All guests shop and enjoy receiving fabulous products they love.

THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE WITH YOUR HOSTESS!

 

In my online courses on how to have successful parties, online and offline, the one thing that never changes is building what I call a BFF (Best friend forever) relationship with every hostess.    You know what I mean by a BFF?  That’s the person you feel you can have great conversations with.  She’s the one you trust that when you show her how to invite her friends, she’ll “get” it.  She’s the one who understands you and is so happy to partner with you and make this event a success.   You and she are on the same wave-length.  You have the same vibes.

 

You can have fancy forms for her to fill out, and the best hostess coaching guidelines, but it’s the relationship you develop with your hostess that determines the success of your party.

 

When you build that BFF Relationship with your hostess your party

• WILL HOLD
• there will be no cancellations or postponements because she is excited.
• she’s committed to get great guests to attend the party.
