This week I dropped off food for two friends who are in 14-day quarantine coming home from the mainland.  My neighbor mowed our front lawn and I shopped for a friend at the farmers market.    This is Mr. Rogers’ technique of being neighborly and I’m challenging everyone to do an act of kindness during this crazy pandemic time.

Did you know I now do Live TEAM TRAININGS for leaders and their teams.  One of my clients noticed her team was struggling to getting bookings at parties.  I hopped on her team meeting and shared my formula for getting two bookings at every party and they now are excited to WORK the formula.    I also shared MY VIRTUAL ONLINE PARTY training for a leader who’s team was having trouble moving to online parties.

Now for my HOT TIP this week as we move into the HIGHEST recruiting time of the year.  Are you someone like me who loves, recipes, formulas and step-by-step instructions?  Then, think about following the 5 ingredients that I teach in my recruiting boot camps.

 

#1 ➡️Ingredient -  Hold SIX parties every month!  Work with your hostesses to get the “right” people to the party.  SIX is the magic number because it puts you in front of 50 people every month to discover prospects who are looking to work from home and earn extra income.

#2 ➡️Ingredient – Share your business opportunity with every Hostess.  Hostesses are your best advocates and when they know who you’re looking for, they will refer them to you, or perhaps join themselves.

#3 ➡️Ingredient - Be curious – ask questions, make it your mission to find 3 prospects at every party.  This is a formula I teach all my clients.  When you’re curious and get to know your guests you discover who is ready to learn more about joining.

#4 ➡️Ingredient -  Follow up within 24 hours with these 3 prospects and schedule a 30-minute video conference to share your opportunity.  Sometimes we let time pass us by and if you let your follow-up go beyond 24 hours, your prospect will get cold, that’s why it’s essential to organize your calendar and book a recruiting conversation as soon as possible.

#5➡️  Ingredient - Follow-up until they are ready to join.  How many times have you shared your opportunity and never gone back 3 months later, 6 months later, even one year later?   People’s lives change.   Keep following up until it’s the right time for them to join.

Add these ingredients into every party, and you’ll find you’ll have prospects who are  ready to  join,  some who want to think about it, and some who are ready to join at a later date.  

Just like a special cake recipe, a pinch of  salt, a dash of pepper, and add a touch of LOVE and all these ingredients come together.  Then, you practice them over and over, and LOVE sharing your opportunity often until it’s the right time for your prospects to join.  Let me know if this recipe works for you.
