This week I did another training on the 10 top tips to holding a Virtual Party.  And it was apparent that even though everyone in the training were having success with high selling parties, we still have to be vigilant with these changing ONLINE times.

 

shifting to holding virtual parties has been forced upon us, but I believe it is forcing us to be creative. Technology is changing daily.  Just this week I got a new update from zoom about waiting rooms.  There are new ideas, new platforms and new ways to do things that really keep you on your toes.

 

However, if you stick to my 8-step party template and get creative with video and outstanding graphics, hostesses and guests will have a fantastic experience, and you will have a successful ONLINE party.

 

I decided to create 10 Top tips to holding a Virtual party and this is a FREE download for you.

 

The three TOP TIPS I recommend shifting to virtual parties are:

• •Create specific instructions for your hostess in a hostess information sheet or checklist that has information on her role as an ONLINE hostess.  In this sheet give her the verbiage on how to INVITE her guests.  Remember, this is a new experience for many people who have never shopped online on zoom or even in a Facebook Group.  These specific instructions will help her get the right people to the party and enjoy the whole experience.
• Create a pre-party event on Facebook, even if you’re doing a zoom party, or a texting party, or a What’s App party.  Post short video’s and graphics about your products, but also ask fun questions to get them excited about the upcoming party.  
• If you’re doing a zoom party, get interaction using the CHAT BOX!  Ask questions, get the guests involved in having a good time and get to know more about them.  Then SAVE the chat box after the party for your follow-up.
