Hello, ,
How are you feeling about your Direct Sales Business in these uncertain times?  I’m seeing three types of entrepreneurs emerge through this quarantine time.Â
- Those who have pivoted and learning to do their entire business online.
- Those who want to pivot, and are learning new skills and are still in the game.
- Those who have made a decision to slow down to a stand still.
Â
It’s a tough time for everyone.  You are wondering if it is still possible to grow your business. Questions run through your mind, “Will people think I’m insensitive promoting my products?” “Will people even be interested in my products and business opportunity?
I’m here to tell you that there is indeed a way to promote and market your direct sales business right now that feels authentic and non-opportunistic.
Let me tell about three coaching clients who have learned to pivot and continue…
- One is a mother of a pre-schooler and baby who had finally got her kids on a schedule. They were lined up with pre-school and babysitters and she created time management system so she could work her business and was successful in earning herself a
big trip award  Then, the pandemic happened, kids are home full time, time management systems flown out the window and she’s had to figure a whole new schedule not just for her and her business, but for her whole family. She’s fortunate her products were deemed as essential so people are needing to replenish, but she pivoted and went to having complete online facebook parties and a few zoom parties to keep promoting and working her
business.
- One is a mother of 4!  Two kindergartners, a two-year old and a one year old. (That’s enough to slow anyone down.)  She has a large growing team and was ready to promote to a high level in her business when the pandemic
hit. She was definitely sensitive to people thinking about buying her products because her target market is other moms like her. In our coaching sessions we talked about the people on her team who were ready to promote up and how to support them during this time of social distancing and feeling like it was appropriate to level up in the company.  Again, she pivoted and created a plan, a strategy to support these leaders so they would feel it wa- suitable to serve people
with their products during quarantine. Communication is everything and with heartfelt conversations everyone was on board to continue on to their promotion and this whole team had their highest month ever!
- One is a High-level leader who lives in the UK where the Coronavirus hit very hard. In fact, she herself developed a low-grade level of the Covid, but she kept going. Again, a mum of two who were now at home full time.  She had to
rally her large team which is scattered throughout the U.K. and keep her leaders and their teams focused on selling (another essential product) through social distancing.  She and her team had a steep learning curve to take their business online as many of them were only doing in-home parties.  She is a leader who not only helped her team pivot, she has paved the way using the systems and strategies she’s learned in our coaching program and has a record number of new people
joining her team.
I share these three examples with you because it’s so important to know that
- This is about being creative.
- It’s about getting innovative.
- It’s about being sensitive to others and coming from your heart.
- It’s about staying the course, marketing and selling with integrity and love.
It’s like the beautiful quote by C.S. Lewis,
“You can’t go back and change the beginning,
but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

Most of all it’s being accountable to your business, your team and yourself!  On this week’s you tube channel I’m sharing three ways to help your team be accountable to their Direct Sales Business.  Being accountable every day, every week, every month is so important, yet so many people find it difficult to keep consistent.Â
