This week’s accountability blew in with the strong wind we’ve been experiencing in Waimea. You’d think it was winter with snow on the mountain and 50 mph wind gusts and lots of rain. But, reality, it’s just another day living at 3,000 feet above sea level on a beautiful island. As you can see from this amazing shot I took at the top of a Puu (hill) celebrating a friend’s birthday picnic and posted on insta. Yes, that’s Maui over there.
I love, love my coaching clients who check in with me every week and share their MCI (Monday Check-in). It’s this accountability that keeps them focused on hitting goals, earning awards and feeling confident about growing their business. In their check-in they share with me their accomplishments for the week, any obstacles they’re having and their intentions moving forward.
This week I heard about
- A client who had rough hostess who wasn’t responding, but she worked through the roughness and made that party close successfully.
- A client who is wrapping up a trip incentive and has 10 more orders to make it happen.
- Another client who is wrapping up a top-level trip incentive award and won’t know her results until she helps team members add party orders on the last day of the month! (Phew, this is a nail biter.)
- A client who held a successful Team Meeting and hit her goal of $3,000 sales for the month!
- A client who needs to increase her reach meeting new clients, we worked on a networking strategy for her.
Having an accountability partner is the KEY to staying the course and getting through those rough days when you feel like nobody wants your products, no-one is interested in booking a party and there’s not a single person in sight who might want to join your team.
One of the actions I see many direct sellers miss is not spending time on NEW leads. Lead generation is as important activity as selling, booking and recruiting activities. Today on the Blog I’m sharing how a Networking group can lead to a ton of new leads that generate high sales, bookings and new team members.
