One of the joys of being a grandparent is being invited to “Grandparents Day.” This week we enjoyed time with grandson, Luke, in the fourth grade and one of the experiences was joining him in his P.E. class. The teacher gave us a history lesson on “Jump rope” activities. (in Australia we used to call it “skippy”) and then we went to the gym and got to jump rope with the
kids. Luke had never jumped rope with his two grandparents winding the long jump rope, but he prepared himself and as you can see in the picture above, he was brave enough to GO FOR IT!
In my business over the years working with hundreds of women who have achieved success in growing a direct sales business, I have heard them say,
“You gave me permission to GO FOR IT!”
The truth is I didn’t give them permission, all I did was help them build their OWN strengths to understand that was all they needed to GO FOR IT!
This week, I’m helping a number of coaching clients GO FOR IT to earn their company incentive trip. Some are going for the first level, some are going for the second level and some are going for the TOP LEVEL.
These are BRAVE women! They are pulling out all the stops! One messaged me and said,
- I have lots of irons in the fire and making it work.
- Had a party last night and enrolled the hostess.
- Also running an event in my Facebook group and have team members participating
- Enrolled another friend who’s been on the fence for a while.
- Working on customer re-orders.
- Working on wrapping up total sales to hit targets.
What is holding YOU back? Do you realize that you DO have strengths within you to go for it? It’s about taking a BRAVE step to GO FOR IT!
