Every time I share a training with my coaching clients or in my FREE Facebook group, after introducing myself, I always preface my training with these words…

“When you’re listening to this training today, I want you to hear yourself saying, “I already know that.”  That’s because many times we think we know it. But what I want you to think about in this training when you hear yourself saying those words, “I already know that, “ think very carefully.  Then, ask yourself…

“Am I actually fully implementing what I know!” Then, ask yourself,
“Am I actually fully implementing what I know every day, every week!”

Here’s the thing, we think we know something, but if we are truthful with ourselves, and we aren’t having success at having a full calendar of bookings, or we are lacking in growing new team members, then something is missing?
Â
And usually that “something” is we aren’t fully “implementing” what we know!
Â
As entrepreneurs, we get to choose the time we want to work. We get to choose the tasks we want to work on. We love our freedom to work when we want. However, there is one part of being an entrepreneur that takes a lot of effort and that is disciplining ourselves to implement, and step into action every day.  It takes discipline to be accountable to YOURSELF!

If you’re wondering why your calendar isn’t full of bookings, or if your customer re-orders are low, or you haven’t recruited in a while, then I would ask you.
- Have you organized your DIRECT SALES planner with clear dates for bookings?
- Have you set up a system for your customer care?
- Have you scheduled any coffee chat conversations with prospects lately?
These are activities that we must discipline ourselves to do every day, every week, every month in our business. These are what we call High Impact activities. I call them daily success activities.

When we focus on implementing these important activities, that’s when our business prospers and we multiply our income dramatically.

Here are 3 things I recommend to discipline yourself to implement
Â
- Look at how you’re wired and what inspires you to implement. Are you a loner, or do you need to surround yourself with like-minded people and need a nudge? Perhaps you need a power partner.
- How do you create time in your day to work on things? Are you a finisher?  Do you work on things that need to get finished, do you plan and schedule time in your day to work on the high impact activities?
- How do you hold yourself accountable? Have a buddy, or do you work with a coach?

If you’re not implementing at the rate you want, then you are delaying your success and if you don’t do something about it then things won’t change.  Change is about implementing every day, every week that brings you the results you want in your direct sales business.

Results like, high sales from every party.
Results like a FULL calendar of bookings rolling out every 4 weeks.
Results like sponsoring a one-two new recruits every month.
Results like promoting to a new level! Â Or a new leader!

Take a long hard look at how you’re implementing every day.  Don’t delay your success. If you need to find a power partner, or work a system like the DIRECT SALES planner system, or hire a coach, then figure it out and start disciplining yourself to implement quickly and that’s when you’ll see the results YOU WANT in your business more
quickly.
