Thinking about 2020 right now is difficult for some who are focused on hitting November targets and busy gearing up for the December rush. Thinking about making a decision about a planner in 2020 seems like the last thing to put on the list.
However, today I wanted to share with you why planning your business is so important to growing a strong business.
, you see there really is only two secrets that will grow a strong business. Just two!
- We do have to master the skills of selling, booking and recruiting.
- We do have to work at having successful parties.
- We do have to figure out how to find biz builders to grow a strong team.
- We do have to learn how to inspire our team members to be successful.
But if you don’t have these two secret ingredients, you will find your business will run at a very slow pace. You’ll find there will be gaps of no business, and people will wonder if you really are in business.
Let me share with you two of my clients who work with these two secret ingredients every day in their business despite their life challenges.
My Client C
C has been working her business for a number of years. She works a full-time job alongside her direct sales business. And many times her full-time job requires extra hours. She always holds parties every month in between her busy life. She always makes time for her family. She consistently recruits team members and she implements systems, like my Calendar Club system so her team
knows they have a leader who cares about their success. She also works with the Direct Sales Planner system to keep her personal business strong. C’s business is growing at a steady pace even though she works full time and has a busy life. She also practices the two secret ingredients every day in her business.
My Client K
K is a mom of 4 under the age of 5! She is dedicated to her family and also her business. She works her business in the nooks and crannies of her busy life. She knows she has to be organized and she loves working with the Direct Sales Planner system. This year she implemented two systems. One was the Calendar Club system and
