I am an avid tea drinker. I like a cup of tea first thing in the morning and a pick-me-up cuppa at the bewitching hour of 4:00 in the afternoon. There is a definite system to making a good cup of tea. I have taught my husband well, not only does he make a great cup of tea, he brings it to me first thing in the morning. (That’s true love

The system is simple. Boil the water. Warm the pot with hot water. Add one good scoop of loose tea (preferably Aussie Tea), plus one small scoop for the pot. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes. Pour tea through a strainer. Voila! A perfect system to make a good cup of tea.
