Get Ready!
Focus on as many team members as possible ordering the new product kits that are available at this time of year. If you don’t have new products to show, you don’t have a business. If you’re on your way to becoming a leader, you’ll want to have the BEST kit to take advantage of this high selling season.

Get Set!
Have team members prep their calendar in the first 10 weeks of the new product selling season. Encourage them to get 10 bookings in the first 10 weeks of the season. I call this a 10x10. Offer an incentive to all hostesses who are your first 10! Show your team members how to create a sense of urgency when asking for
the bookings. When hostesses know there are only 3 slots left, they’ll want to take ONE!

Go!
Support your team members by reaching out and offering them specific training on getting bookings and hostess coaching. Hold a “Ready, Set, Go” Team Booking Blitz. Help them create a list of people to contact, give them the verbiage on asking for the booking and offer rewards for their efforts. Inspire them to keep going, through
all the “no’s” and disappointments. Keep them focused on getting those first 10 Hostesses and show them the results they’ll receive when they achieve this goal.
I encourage you to put things in place NOW so you are in a very strong position as you head into the next five months. The actions you take right now, will bring you a strong book of business and bring you the strongest results in growing your business! Get ready, get set and GO!
