We all know if we want to grow our business, we must keep our calendar consistently full of bookings all through the year! I felt frustrated when my booking calendar would fall below my required number of parties, so because I love structure and systems, I decided to create a formula for getting bookings.
My formula was working every day on things that would bring me my next booking. I called them booking activities.
What is a booking activity? A booking activity is

- Scheduling bookings on calendar.

- Scheduling time to connect.

- Connecting through texting.
- Connecting through the good old telephone!
- Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up with hostess prospects.
