How do we create a memorable experience? I work with my coaching clients on the three elements of the party.
1. It must be FUN!
2. The guests must learn something that helps them feel better or look better.
3. They must have that “exceptional memorable” experience.
An experience is usually measured in the amazing moments the guests and hostess have at your party. I call them touch points. And these touch points all add to having fun being together, sharing stories together, learning fun ways to feel good or look good from you!
In the 8 sections of my Party Template that is available in the DIRECT SALES PLANNER on Page 12, I teach you how to follow the 8-steps to create a memorable experience. It’s the way you touch your customers in very unique ways that makes your party memorable.
Step #1 is Hostess Coaching. Your connection in building that BFF relationship with your hostess excites her to invite her friends to have that experience with you.
Step #2 is your arrival and set up or pre-party connections (if online party) where you begin the process of building friendships with each guest.
Step #3 is the effect of your Party INTRO! Your intro TOUCHES and influences each guest to learn more about you and your products.
Step #4 is the moment when you WOW them with your “killer” product demonstration.
Step #5 you touch each guest, personally, when you plant booking & recruiting seeds.
Step #6 is that special moment when you transition to taking orders. It’s this step that many people leave out, but when you and your hostess have a game plan, the orders flow easily.
Step #7 Is that TOUCH at check-out and my 6-step concierge check-out builds your confidence and is sometimes that one place where the guest is touched very deeply by you.
Step #8 Of course is the follow-up! How and when you follow-up makes the difference whether a guest knows she’s had a memorable experience with YOU!
Their experience influences others to book with you.
Experiences happen and they convert into memories! How people experience those moments at your parties shouldn’t be left to chance. Study these 8 steps and make sure you’re touching people with fun, learning and having the best experience ever at your party. These touch points have a positive influence on your hostess and guests, and when that happens they spread the word and influence
others to book with you.
The WHOLE memorable experience begins with you!
