What happens when you are given a challenge?  Recently, a mentor/coach of mine asked me a question!  I was looking for new ways to offer different programs to my clients.   I shared with her mission to help direct sellers multiply their business, make more money and grow million-dollar teams.   So, we brainstormed together and my mentor came up with this lovely challenge for me.

 

She said, “Gale, you’re saying you want MORE ways to have a positive impact on helping and serving your clients, I challenge you to answer this question...

 

How can I serve my clients MORE?

Then write down what that looks like, then ask the question again,

How can I serve my clients MORE?

And again, until you have your answer.”

 

You know I love a challenge (who doesn’t) and so I spent one whole day focusing on this challenge.  I wrote notes and I began my Post-it-Note Planning strategy that I love to teach my clients, and as I wrote down ideas and strategies, it happened.  A new platform presented itself to me and the Journey to Leadership Coaching Program was born.
