#1 She set a very clear goal! Her goal was to have three team leaders and one director before she moved. Her husband is in the military and they have been transferred to Europe. This meant she had a timeline and we mapped the process it would take for her to achieve her goal by her deadline date.
#2 We focused on strengthening her personal business. She realized she needed to set higher sales and recruiting goals for herself. We beefed up her sales goal to $3,000 a month which meant she was in front of more people to touch who were looking for her opportunity.
#3 She created a spectacular training for her team to get strong with their own bookings. The key element to this was a MEGA Team Party which had rules if people wanted to participate. This was highly successful because they got tons of bookings and recruited 4 new people.
#4 We worked on her New Recruit onboarding system, so every new person was guided to hit the first 3 months with a strong start.
#5 She worked on her Team meetings so everyone who joined would be inspired and have that feeling of team camaraderie.
#6 She focused on supporting those team members who wanted to move up, especially her star team member who wanted to hit the Director Level.
Is promoting up to the next level on your agenda? Which steps above would be your focus?
