If I invited you to walk 87 miles across England from coast to
coast with your best friends, would you be in shape? This shot was taken when I achieved this “no small” feat with a group of amazing friends from around the world. However, to get into shape I spent many hours leading up to the event, walking every day and improving my muscle power so I could withstand the 15 miles a day it would take to achieve this.
To get in shape, I put myself in BOOT CAMP!
In BOOT CAMP I laid out a plan to increase my walking
power every day and practiced extending my walking miles each day. As my muscles grew stronger, I knew that I would be able to keep up my stamina to hit those 15 miles a day.
