Summer is disappearing fast – can you believe it’s AUGUST 1, 2018!

What special things have you been doing this summer?  Or, perhaps you live downunder and you’re enjoying those lovely sunny wintry days.  I have been entertaining relatives from downunder and we’ve been hitting the beautiful high spots of our island.  We have been to the beach, driven around the island, enjoyed entertainment at a lovely Bon Dance, and last night hit a famous Luau spot.  The hula stories are so full of spirit about the culture of Hawaii, and their ancient rites of passage. It was great to relax under the stars and feel the cool breezes eating poi, lomi salmon and delicious haupia dessert, watching these island beauties perform.
