These are two great questions to ask yourself about your team. Summer is such an important time and you don’t want to lose the momentum you’ve built with your team in the past 5 months! So, to keep your team inspired, the first question is
“Do
you need your team selling “more?” In other words, does your team have the potential to increase their sales with a little bit of effort? If so, then, think about ways you can inspire and motivate them to sell more over the next 3 months!
Perhaps you have a team that is selling at their maximum capacity and you are extremely pleased with the team volume they place every
month. Then, now is the time to think about the question, “Do I need “more” team members selling?” That simply means in the next three months, figure how many MORE team members do you want to add, and how will you focus on helping your present team members recruit more!
