The List of what's inspiring me this week!

The first month of 2018 is drawing to a close! I have had my head down in catch up mode this month because of a crazy busy December, where we married off our second daughter and kept my cool in launching the 2018 Direct Sales Planner.

I LOVE January because I’m a planner! (Not a Pantser!) I love to create a yearly plan and break it down into 90-day achievable goals of everything I want to accomplish for the year. When I plan, I get inspired by many things that get put in my IDEAS box. Here is the list of what’s inspiring me this week.

NEW Facebook Algorithym

Well, I watched all the social media gurus do live video’s on the new FB algorithym and took in the information. The bottom line I think is FB wants you to just keep connecting and isn’t that the VERY reason we are there? I believe you can’t put all your eggs in one basket, so you can’t rely on this one platform for your business, just use it as it’s meant to be and

Connect with Customers and keep building relationships in your VIP group.
Spoil your Hostesses and build those BFF friendships that make a difference.
Get to know prime prospects and find out if they truly are someone you want on your team, and create a “Take a Look” Team group page.

I think the biggest asset with Facebook is creating a group of like-minded people who love to share tips and support one another. This is what we do in my 90-day challenge group. I have some awesome content planned for this group coming up.

New Networking Organization

Last week I was fortunate to be a guest in a new networking group that is sweeping the country with chapters everywhere. It is called the POLKA DOT POWERHOUSE. I did an international zoom call and it was excellent. I would highly recommend you check it out here. I am a big proponent of getting out of the house and networking LIVE with people. I learned so much from doing this myself. Another excellent Networking group is Business Network International. They have chapters all around the world! My coaching clients join these groups and they have seen their business double and triple. Here’s the link.

It’s my zen time to walk and see the sun rise over this beautiful mountain, and the best part is I’m listening to podcasts and improving my brain. One of my favorites is the Simple Pin Podcast with Kate Ahl. I believe Pinterest is one of the best platforms to grow your business because it’s has it’s own SEO. It’s on my PROJECT PLAN list for 2018 to expand my reach. Recently, one of my coaching clients shared with me her new recruit doesn’t want to be on Facebook so she is going to grow her business on Pinterest. Let’s connect on Pinterest here.
