Have a Business Plan for 2018?

Published: Fri, 01/19/18

Hello ,

Well, you can see I’ve been very quiet these first 2 weeks of  2018.  That’s because I’ve had my head down and creating lots and lots of content.  I was so far behind after having two weddings with two daughters in 2017, the last wedding being on December 9th!  Oh my….  then it was Christmas..  then it was New Year ..  and the first week of January.

My first priority was to take care of my private Coaching Clients and my L.E.A.P. Mastermind coaching clients, so now we have all that under control I have some exciting NEW content to share with you.

On the blog I shared how to Kickoff the New Year with a Fun & Inspiring Team Meeting.    Even if you’ve had your first team meeting, you can use some of the tips for your next meeting.   My TEAM meeting was the ONE place that truly bonded our team together.  Read about it here

What about a Business Plan for 2018?

I am a big proponent of creating a Biz Vision Board for my business.  I love to reflect on last year’s events and put together a plan for the next year.  So, I carved out a few moments to put together my Biz Vision board for 2018.

My Biz Vision board helps me create a clear picture of what I want to achieve over the next 12 months.  I like to say,

“When you create your Biz Vision Board, you design a snapshot of your future dreams and goals, and it becomes the blueprint for inspiration, planning and taking action.”

So, I reviewed my Biz Vision Board workbook and updated it for 2018.

It’s about taking the time to VISUALIZE what you want in 2018.

Walt Disney saw theme parks, animated movies and more.

Jim Carrey wrote himself a 10 million dollar check and visualized himself making millions.

Next you PRIORITIZE .

This is the part I love, prioritizing what I want to happen over the whole 12 months.

I am so immersed in my pictures and words from my vision board figuring the things I want to achieve, but I can’t do it all at once.  Prioritizing which projects and ideas I want to implement over the next 12 months takes the overwhelm out of it, and I can easily make a plan.

And that’s the difference with this Biz Vision Workbook.  It actually comes in two parts. The first part is creating what you want.  Part 2 is all about making a plan and developing action steps to follow to truly make it happen.

In Part 2 you come up with a ONE-PAGE BUSINESS Plan with strategic action steps to help you achieve your goals for the whole year.

TEAMWORK!   One of the best things I loved to do was hold a Biz Vision Board event with my team.  Using this workbook, everyone enjoys having fun and creating their own specific business plan for success.

If you’re ready to plan your next year to be wildly successful, schedule time on your calendar… if only a couple of hours .. and create a vision, prioritize what you want and create a one-page business plan to follow for the rest of the year.

All the information on how to do this is here.

In the meantime, I’ll be back next week with some more information on books I’m reading in 2018, podcasts that make a difference for me, and some of my favorite recommendations for you to grow your business.

For those of you who are waiting for the NEW CALENDAR CLUB workbook and resources, hold that thought…  it’s on it’s way too.

I’m back in action!

Love & Success to you,
