I teach all my coaching clients a technique called “Sunday Night Planning.” One of the biggest struggles most busy mums have is time management or keeping the balance between life, business and family. Sunday Night Planning is a system that can eliminate a lot of stress when you
have a vision of what your upcoming week looks like.
Now, we all know that there will be add-ons, challenges and those big, big distractions that keep us from doing ALL the things we want to do! So along with planning for parties, for recruiting appointments and business networking, I find having a weekly dinner meal
plan is one of the best ways to keep you focused on getting things done in your business.
When a mum knows, “What’s for dinner?” (And how many times do you get asked that question?) it frees up her brain knowing she is organized at that bewitching hour every day when everyone is clamoring to fill their stomachs with
your yummy food.
I recommend you try sitting down Sunday night and plan out your week. Create a picture of your ideal week. When you go to bed on a Sunday Night with a picture of your ideal week in your head, you feel confident about your business.
