EXERCISE for you!
Getting into the vortex.
This week, I’d like to invite you to
find a quiet place to be by yourself for 15 minutes and reflect on this year and focus on what you HAVE accomplished. Write a quick list of things (in your one notebook) that you feel proud of doing this year in your business that has helped you make shifts or brought you great joy.
Just 15 minutes to
think about your accomplishments is so important because we tend to accomplish things and then quickly forget them. We tend to focus on the 2% of our business that is not going well rather than the 98% of our business that IS going well.
I believe in celebrating your success and when you focus on what IS going well, it gives you the confidence to keep going. I also believe that confidence affects everything about our businesses and is the
key to progress.
So, take 15 minutes today and reflect on your accomplishments this year! The year is not over, and a new year is around the corner, and exciting shifts are coming soon.
