I believe a dream team is when like-minded people join together with the same energy,
excitement and ambitions.
They are a group of people who inspire and support each other! They respect each other and encourage each other with good advice. They give constructive feedback, and in the direct sales model, they help you and each other rise to the top levels faster!
Oprah Winfrey says,
“Surround
yourself only with people who will lift you higher.”
