Ready to create a 30-Day Summer Action Plan? (FREE Workbook)?

Are you ready for Summer?   Ready to shed the fur collars and coats and welcome the warm, summer days with joyful smiles?  As Direct Sales entrepreneurs, we know summer can be a tricky time scheduling parties, recruiting appointments, and holding team meetings when everyone has a summer agenda.

That’s why I believe it’s so important to have a Summer action plan.  I call the months of June, July and August the critical JJA months of the year.  Why?

You may be an entrepreneur that can choose your own hours, but during the critical JJA months you have to give yourself a shot of reality!   Your schedule gets a little whacky with kids invading your space and unscheduled events like barbecues and neighborhood gatherings.  It’s a fun time, but it can also be a distracting time.  Ask yourself,

  •  How will you work your schedule during this time?
  •  Will you hold as many parties as you do during the rest of the year?
  •  How will you keep your income consistent during this time?
  •  How will you keep your team active and engaged during these months?
  •  What training, meetings or events will you hold over the summer?
  • What about your summer vacation plans?

If you’re a leader in direct sales, there are people on the team who are going to   cut back or even (horrors) say, “I’m shutting down my business over the summer.”
This is another reason it’s so important to have a Summer Action Plan.   We all know if you “shut down” your business for three months, people will think you don’t have a business.

When I was growing my million-dollar team I realized the work I was doing needed to be repeatable in “every” month of the year.  It needed to be simple so anyone could follow it.  I wanted a process that I could duplicate over and over again so I could organize my time around my family, and also see my business grow especially during the summer months.

When you first start your business, nobody teaches you systems.  Or sometimes you’ll learn someone else’s system and it’s not quite right for you.

It’s an easy downloadable pdf workbook where you can follow along with me for 30 days!  I’ll be blogging every day for 30 days and during that time, I’ll share with you ways to keep consistent in your business and most of all keep your productivity high during these three critical months.

There will be many FREE handouts to help you keep your calendar full of bookings.  You’ll love the summer networking ideas and ways to grow your customer base.  Also recruiting tips and more.  There will also be discounts on some of my products and programs.

This will be your Summer ROADMAP to keep you focused during the critical JJA months, and keep your business fluid with consistent income!

Share this with your team members if you are a leader!  Keeping your team engaged over the summer can also be challenging.  All it takes is a little planning, preparation and scheduling to have consistent income and BIG GROWTH in your business during this time.

When you position your business during these months, you are prepared for massive growth during the ‘GOLDEN” TIME of the year – September through December!”
