My grandson, Luke, couldn’t wait! When he saw my new “Affirmation” coloring book from Hay House this week he was so excited to get coloring right away and opened up the book unbeknownst to him (he’s 5 years old)to the
page that said “I accept my parents, and they, in turn, accept and love me.” What a perfect affirmation for him!
How excited are you to end 2015 hitting the goals you want? Do you have that “sense of urgency” like Luke to focus and end your year achieving
success? I’m working with my coaching clients on the final push for the end of the year, and I’m sharing in my feature article below three simple steps to help you get there.
Another final push we’re doing on my blog is a 10 week savings program. I usually do
this with my membership group, but this year I opened it up to the public. Every Monday, I post a tip on how to SAVE $100 a week for 10 weeks, so when December 14th rolls around, you have a tidy little sum of $1000 to spend on your own holidays. Final Push for the End of 2015.
I’ve been working with my coaching clients to help them hit their year end targets and the time is now! The next 10 weeks is the final push to end
your year strong. What does that look like for you?
Look back at your DIRECT SALES PLANNER or CALENDAR GIRLS WORKBOOK in the goals section. There was a lovely section in these workbooks for you to write your B.H.A.G. goal for the year. B.H.A.G. stands for Big Hairy Audacious Goal. Writing down your goals helps you dream big, believe in yourself and
inspires you to work on having your best year yet.
So, now, it’s the final push, the last 10 weeks of the year. Here are three steps I suggest you take to insure you hit the targets you want and more importantly transition through to begin 2016 with a strong start.
Step #1 Get very clear with your Calendar over the next 10 weeks. This is without a doubt the busiest time of the year for you and everyone.
Write in all your holiday and end of year commitments.
Schedule your party bookings over the next 10 weeks including your holiday appreciation events, like “Black Friday”, “Cookie Exchange”, etc.
Work diligently on your hostess coaching.
Use the 20 calls weekly worksheet system to
stay on top of ALL follow-up
Step #2 Create one or two specific and measurable goals you want to achieve by the end of the year. Some examples might include
One last portion of your B.H.A.G. goal.
Recruit 5 more people to hit your yearly recruiting goal
Add 10 new customers to hit your “new” customer yearly goal
Hit your income goal by year
end.
Promote two new leaders by year end.
Hit your next career level.
Step #3 Next, break your goal down into 10-week
chunks. What actions and tasks will you take every week to achieve your year end goals. Writing down the tasks each week will help complete each task so you will be 100% successful with your goal.
Each step of this process is very important.
In the first step you must be realistic with the time you have available to work your business so you hit your goal. Even though it’s the busiest time of the year, that final push is the momentum you need to transition you into a very strong start to the New Year.
Setting the goal in the second step must be one that excites you so much,
you wake up every day, ready to drive forward to hit the bulls eye.
Step three is about tenacity! Having the tenacity to stay focused each week on the necessary tasks it will take to achieve your goal.
Don’t look at the next 10 weeks and tell
yourself, you’ll wait til 2016. In the next 10 weeks, you could create the momentum you want in your business that you’ve been looking for all year.
