I loved it this week when a coaching client told me her team brought on 37 NEW recruits in April.  She has her “New Recruit Success System” in place to support each new team member’s success. 


As you know, new recruits are full of enthusiasm.  They are in love with the product and they want to share it with everyone they know.  The ultimate success is when a new recruit brings home a profit from her business in her first 30 days.  That’s when a few things happen.



  • She is excited because she’s earned $$$ to pay back her kit investment
  • She can tell her family and friends that she made money in her first month.
  • She’s gained experience in working her first few parties
  • She’s probably earned her first FAST Start rewards from the company
  • She will receive huge recognition from her leader

but most of all,

  • She will have her first boost of confidence in being a successful entrepreneur!

One of the most important steps in my “New Recruit Training” program is teaching a new recruit how to become an “expert” at checkout.    Her enthusiasm is high and the first thing she wants to do in her new business is make a sale!  When she makes her first sale, it’s a validation that others love the product as much as she does.  You may remember your own first sale and the little heart flutter that made you say, “Yes! This works!”

The first 30/60/90 days is a crucial time for every new recruit and as a leader it’s crucial in growing business builders on your team.  So, learning how to take those first orders at her first party is a key component in launching her success.

Each one of these steps is important and when you weave your magic personality in between, you'll increase your sales, bookings and recruit leads at every party. Learn these six fundamental steps and let them flow through you as you take your 8 to 10 orders at every party.
