Hello ,
How much money do you earn every month in your biz? This is a loaded question, I know, but I talk to so many consultants who can’t tell me the answer. They um and ah and say, “about $$$ a month,” or “I have to check.”

Ever wonder why some people are so dang organized and in control? You think they are wonder women and they have it all together. But, if you took the time to ask them their secret to success, I think they would tell you they are just like you, but with one difference. They simply made a choice. They decided, for them to be successful, they had to make a conscious effort to cultivate consistent rituals in their
business.
I learned this myself from a role model in my own company. It was a game changer for me when I made a commitment to develop these rituals. I was quite astonished at how much it helped. It wasn’t just the difference in my business it was the difference in my attitude and my whole outlook in handling the bumps along the
way.
I love the saying, “you are what you repeatedly do….. every day!” We are defined by our rituals or things we do on a consistent basis, and I had to truly train myself to stay consistent with my rituals through practice and conditioning.
The DIRECT
SALES PLANNER is a direct result of the rituals I used in growing my personal biz and my million dollar team. I called it my “secret weapon for success” in staying organized and tracking my sales, bookings and recruit leads every month on a consistent basis.
It was my “secret weapon” because I had an income goal I had to hit every
month to keep our family together, and even though I established booking rituals and hostess coaching rituals using this planner, it was two important pages that made this possible.
The two most important pages that are in the Direct Sales Planner that helped me know I was making money in my business are “Business Tracking” and “Business Recap” pages. Here’s how I
scheduled tasks that kept me on track in making the money I needed every month.
Business Tracking page
I Kept a running total of yearly sales and yearly recruiting every month. This is essential if you are planning on earning your company trip
award. It is also a great tool to share with prospects to show them how much you’re growing your business every month.
I recorded the details of every party,
your hostess name her telephone, her email (for quick follow-up reference)
# guests
# bookings you receive from this party
Total Sales of the party
These statistics show if your parties are working. Parties for me that worked were $1,000 plus in sales, two bookings and three recruit
leads for follow-up.
I recorded all re-orders, one-on-one- online sales
I had a goal of $1000 in re-orders and private appointments and online sales every month. These orders made the difference in helping my SAVINGS PLAN.
I wrote in names of recruit leads to follow up and schedule coffee chat appointments.This is another SUCCESS STRATEGY in building a pipeline of prospects which is available in my "Recruiting Blueprint Home Study Course."
Creating a habit or ritual to track your business actually saves you time as well as knowing if you're making money. This
tracking page helps you assess your sales, bookings and recruit leads every month. You’ll know exactly how to calculate the sales you need to achieve the income you want.
Business Recap Summary Page
I recorded the names of people on my personal
team.This is an exercise that helps you maximize your highest income stream in your Comp. Plan.
I completed the income details and followed the simple formula.
Write in party sales total (from tracking page)
Write in Other sales total (from tracking page)
Total all monthly sales
Multiply total sales by commission earned (25-50%)
Add team
commission
Add any bonuses earned.
Now you have TOTAL INCOME for the month!
Complete mileage and expenses section
Total all expenses for the month
When you deduct your expenses from your total income you’ll know exactly how much money you’re making in your business every month.
Write in the section what worked for you for the
month and a quick note on what you will do differently next month to increase your income!
