Mid-Year Review- FREE Printable
It’s time for getting clear with your 2015 Goals. If you created a vision board in the beginning the year, it’s time to step back and reflect on what’s happened in your business so far this year.
It’s the perfect time to ask yourself,
“What Worked?” and
“What would I have done
differently?”
These two questions alone, will help you get clear with what you want to happen in the next six months of 2015.
The second half of the year is the most productive selling and recruiting time of the year. As a direct seller you want to position yourself for success in these next six months. Now is the perfect time to review your goals and tweak and adjust. It’s time to step back and reflect on where you’re at, address some challenges that have held you back, set new goals and map out the rest of the year
with a clear focus.
With clarity you’re able to
Re-adjust your yearly goal by December
31st. Maybe this goal has changed? Now is a great time to re-group and focus on the “reality” of what you can achieve by the end of the year. Now is the time to prepare for this.
Create an action plan for the second half of the year. With a new “reality” goal, you’ll be more organized and energized when you create key action steps.
Create a new weekly work pattern. Pay attention to “how” you work every week. The hree most important activities to work on every day, no matter

Recruiting appointments
Follow up (Customer care, telephone, email, social media)
Find ways to overcome
obstacles. Oh how we wish life would sail along and not find any bumps in the road. With clarity you develop confidence in handling obstacles. When you have goals and action plans, you find ways to go around, go over, go through and conquer the problem that might otherwise hold you back.
Lastly, have a good
accountability program for yourself. Yes, you have the freedom of owning your own business and work those flex hours around your busy lifestyle, but if you don’t have an accountability program or “someone” to hold you accountable, you’ll find life gets in the way every time.
I have completed half-yearly goal strategy sessions with my coaching clients. We are doing a mid-year review of their goals and action plans. We are focusing on critical success actions over the next six months.
