Attracting Ideal Recruits

There are many choices to joining a direct sales or network marketing company today.  I’m amazed at the number of NEW Companies that are popping up all over the world.  It’s exciting to see this industry flourish with people who choose a direct sales business model for their products and ideas. 

People are looking for the “best” opportunity that helps them thrive financially. They are also looking for a fulfilling experience in making a difference for others.     In my coaching programs I have developed a strategy that gives you a model to work from in finding these ideal prospects.

So, what does this mean for you in recruiting your dream team? 

It means you have to have a well laid out plan to recruit the “ideal” people on your team.  This is the work we do with my leaders in our L.E.A.P. Group Coaching.  We focus on mastering the skill of attracting the ideal recruit.  We work on a strategic plan to grow relationships and recruit the “ideal” team member rather than “hoping” anyone with a pulse will join.

This is a proven system that built my own million dollar team, and it warms my heart to see others grab hold of it, and experience this success.  We have great discussions on how each person is finding their “ideal” recruit in our group coaching calls.   There are three key areas we work on to understand how the attraction process works.

#1   We get very clear on “WHO” is the ideal recruit.  Lots of deliberation goes into getting proficient at recognizing this person. 

#2  We work on how to identify the reason why this person is an “ideal” recruit.   As each leader works with templates I have developed for this process, she becomes skilled in this process in a short amount of time.

#3  Lastly,  leaders learn how to be the “solution” in offering an opportunity for the ideal recruit.  This is the fun process that helps leaders realize how this important strategy works.

Most of all we are working through that “know, like and trust” process.  When you understand the steps it takes to get people to “know” you,  then “like” you,  and most of all “trust” you, the heavens will open up for a wonderful friendship and business expands in all directions. 

It’s important to keep in mind the end benefit.  You are selling an opportunity that can change a person’s life.  This is what people are looking for and it’s what will help you attract those ideal recruits.
