Today, I want to share the SW words with you. Have you heard the SW words in any of your direct sales training?
The first time I learned the SW words
was at my first convention. I had signed up for a workshop which was entitled, "How to Make $100,000 in your Direct Sales Business."
The Leader who spoke at the workshop was the TOP recruiter in the company, and I listened to every word she spoke very intently and wrote copious notes.
One of the notes I wrote down was,
"Your success is simply measured by the number of new people you try to meet."
I took these words to heart and created a weekly "Product Showcase" event at my home every week for a whole year. Yep, 52 weeks! Some people thought I was over-doing it and many said, "Wow, that's a lot of work," but, you see, I wanted to master the game of recruiting and I'd learned the best way to get really good at sharing my opportunity with as many people as possible.
I made it my mission to invite people who had never heard of my business to attend one of my weekly showcases so I could introduce them to my products and my business opportunity. It was a strategy that paid off because alongside of this I adopted the attitude of
- SW - some will
- SW - some won't
- SW - so what
- NEXT!
This simply meant, I was offering the opportunity to
MANY! And I was willing to be patient and wait for the people who were ready to join and grow a business with me.
