"What do you want MORE of in 2014?" is a very powerful question. It's powerful because when you know what you want "more" of in your business, you are clear with where you're at now!
Take a minute and go through this New Year exercise with me, and write down that question at the top of a page in your ONE notebook. Like this beautiful crystal clear image of the moon over Diamond in Waikiki, when you write down what you want "more" of, you will create a success path to follow throughout the year.
Okay, now that you've written down the powerful question ask yourself,
Do I want MORE clients? Have you maxed out the people you sell to? Is it time to find ways to generate new circles and get more clients? In 2014, I suggest you find new networking groups to join, new organizations to partner with. Create a simple presentation to share in front of groups, and factor in meeting new people every week in your business.
Generating new circles of business is an important to-do action on your calendar ever week if you need more clients.
Do I want MORE hostesses? Think about what your business would look like if you had 104 hostesses in 2014? That's just holding two parties a week. How are your hostess coaching skills? Do you build BFF friendships with every hostess? Are you in touch with hostesses back in January of 2013? Hostesses who have a fabulous experience with you at your parties, will tell more people than anyone I know. So, 104 hostesses telling 10 of her friends about you and your fabulous parties means you could increase your whole business by one thousand people! Wow! So is it more hostesses you need in 2014? Work on your hostess coaching and developing BFF relationships with hostesses and get referred by every one.
Perhaps you need MORE Team members? (of course you do!) What type of team members do you need? Are you clear with the type of person you want on your team. Make a list of this person's traits and characteristics. Write them out on a 3x5 card and keep it in your purse. Read this list before you go to every party in 2014. These are people I call your "prime prospects."
They are people who are looking for an opportunity, those who need extra income, or people who hate their present job, or people who need to work but need flexible hours around their family obligations. Get extremely clear on your "prime prospects" in 2014 and increase your team with the people who want to go with you to the top.
What about MORE MONEY? I'm sure everyone is writing down this one. More money can have a huge impact on planning your 2014 year. Do a quick exercise, write down the amount of income you earned in 2013. Then write beside it the amount of income you want to earn in 2014. I've been holding New Year coaching sessions with many people who usually write down a figure that doubles last year's income.
If you want to double your income in 2014, start with the figure you want to earn and break it down into three income streams available to you.
What about MORE time? How well are you managing your time so you love what you do? When you manage your time you have more energy and more fun in your business. Managing your time is about having systems in place and being organized. When you are a member of the

Maybe you're looking for MORE freedom? Is your business giving you the freedom you want in your life to make your own decisions, be your own boss? This goes back to managing your time and taking advantage of working that flex time around your family and lifestyle that is offered in direct sales. However, this also means having the right "mindset" about your business. Your freedom is determined by your attitude towards serving others. Work on your mindset in helping others and you'll find more freedom every day.
What about MORE technology? Want to learn more about social media? How to do Facebook Parties? Build more online relationships? Develop a social media strategy right now, in the first month of the year! Social media is about engaging with people online on the various social media sites. You need a social media strategy!

And lastly, Are you looking for a WIDER reach? By that I mean reach in your back yard first. Generate more new clients, new hostesses, new team members in your back yard FIRST! Then, branch out beyond! With today's technology, recruiting teams of people in multiple areas around the country, is easier than ever!
Take a moment and read back over this list. What is it that you want "more" of in 2014? Choose three that are your top priorities.
Now you're clear on what you want MORE of in 2014 the next piece to ask yourself, is "Am I ready to receive it?" So, if you said you want more clients and they showed up - would you be ready for that? If you wanted more freedom, what would your calendar look like? Will you make more money to enjoy that freedom?
This is a big piece in GETTING CLEAR with your goals in 2014? If you finish this exercise, you'll notice "immediately" what you need to do first in 2014! Creating a crystal clear path with this short exercise will help you have a significant impact on how well you succeed this year.
Start strong and get crystal clear with your goals and develop an action plan to achieve them. Without a plan of action, you are bound to stay the same.
