Dear ,

Have you ever pounded poi? The process is crushing and mashing the taro
root until it becomes a thick pasty substance.
Many people don't like poi when first tasting it, but I found living in
Hawaii it becomes an acquired taste. Here's my little grandson, Luke, pushing
and pounding the poi until it's the right consistency to eat. Consistency
is the key to becoming a member of the exclusive 8333 club and that's the focus in

A new member joined the Exclusive 8333 Club!

This week I was given the BEST news in my coaching
business. I heard from a dear, dear
coaching client who became a member of the 8333 club.
What is the 8333
Club?
It's a club I created
for leaders who want to build a million dollar team and a six-figure income
business. Basically, if you're
earning a commission income (not your personal sales) but you're receiving a
commission check from your company in the amount of $8,333.33 per month and you
multiply that by 12 months, you're income is $100,000 per year.
This is my passion
and purpose in mentoring women in direct sales.
- This is what my work is about when I'm coaching
my private clients.
- This is what my work is about when I'm
delivering training webinars and podcasts and tutorials in the CG Academy
membership program.
- This is my passion when I create products like
the CALENDAR GIRLS Team booking system, and the Direct Sales Planner and more.
When you become a
member of the 8333 club, you are transforming lives! You're able to live in the house your
want. You're able to live where you want
in the world. And most of all you're
able to make a difference for others.
So, what's the secret
to becoming a member of this prestigious 8333 club? The answer is pretty simple -
consistently follow these 7 steps (and for me, the 7th step is the
most important.)
- Lead by
Example. Never stop holding parties
and recruiting yourself every month. If
you want others to believe in you as a leader, you must experience what they're
doing in their business every day. My
client continually hit her personal sales and recruiting goal every month.
- Set up
systems that help you manage your growth.
One of the major systems I work with my coaching clients is the CALENDAR
GIRLS team booking system. My client
embraced this system and as each new leader stepped up, she taught them how to
use it. With her expert guidance, her
whole downline experiences recognition, success and team support working with
this system. We also developed other specific systems to help her manage her
growth.
- Build relationships and focus on
others. We all do this, but the key
is are you doing it consistently. When
you consistently focus on building relationships and meeting new customers, you
convert them to new hostesses and you build a huge pool of prospects to join
your team. As your team grows and you
focus on their success, your income grows.
My client began her business in an area that was economically challenged
and she found ways to branch out, meet more people and develop areas around the
country.
- Invest in
yourself and your team. Leaders who
invest a portion of their income in personal growth and self-development
understand the value of outside resources in growing themselves and their
team. My client invested in coaching, in
products, in attending seminars, and offered as many resources for her team
members. I now have her offspring
leaders who invest in my coaching programs.
- A clear
"WHY" is the driver of your success. Your
"why" helps you zero in on your purpose or reason to become a 6-figure income
earner. It's that purpose that helps you
get up every day and enjoy every part of meeting people, servicing customers,
attending to hostesses and sharing your business opportunity. If you're not
clear with your "why" you'll be wishy-washy about the actions you take. With a clear "why," you are intentional about
being consistent in growing your business every day. My client never wavered with her "why." She figured out how to be #1 in sales. She worked promoting the most leaders in her
company.
- Have
patience! This is a quality that can elude us all! It's also about not giving
up and overcoming obstacles. My client
went through some incredibly HUGE obstacles, but she found a way within her to
never give up and had the patience to keep moving forward.
- Have a loving heart! People attract people who have love in
their heart. It's so simple. All it takes is to portray yourself as you
really are all the time, online and offline.
Be genuine be real! And that's
the biggest success that my client portrayed.
Her love in helping her team prosper shows up in her communication with her
team. It shows up in her social media connections,
it shows up when she's holding her parties and recruiting new team
members!
These are the simple
consistency rules to join a club that rewards you like no other. I'm sure
you'll receive lots of recognition from your company and your peers, but more
importantly, you will have an amazing impact on so many other lives you
touch.

What's
on your nightstand? The Passion Test by Janet Bay Attwood and Chris Attwood

This
is a marvelous read and it didn't sit very long on my nightstand before I read
it.
It's
one of those books you'll highlight, add sticky notes and refer to often.
Take
the test and find out about your passion and the fire inside you. They talk about passion is a journey, not a
destination and when you choose in favor of your top passions, you will find
yourself living a passionate life.
The
best part for me was Chapter 11 "It's about everyone else." It epitomizes the essence of Direct Sales and
reinforces that the way to have
everything you want in your life is to help others have everything they want in
their lives. (P. 173)
This
is a perfect read this month of November year when you're planning ahead to
grow your business in the coming year.
