I’ve had my Facebook Group for 11 years now.  And when someone joins, I ask one simple question:

“What is your biggest challenge in achieving your goal?”

For over a decade, I’ve kept a record of the answers.

 But one response shows up more than anything else:

“Finding new leads.”

Not ideas.  Not even time.  Leads!!

Because without consistent leads, momentum is slow. And when momentum feels slow, our confidence wanes.
