In a world where things can change overnight, big yearly goals can start to feel heavy and hard to trust. Ninety days, on the other hand, feels doable. Focused. Grounded. You can see progress. You can adjust. And momentum builds naturally.
As we head into 2026, instead of mapping out an entire year, I encourage you to try something
simpler:
Choose ONE focus for the next 90 days.
Make it clear. Make it exciting. Choose something that makes you want to take action.
A simple way to approach it:
- Decide what success looks like in 90 days
- Break it into 30, 60, and 90-day milestones
- Choose a small set of weekly actions
- Schedule those actions so they actually happen
Clarity doesn’t come from perfect planning — it comes from focused action.
