As entrepreneurs, we juggle business, motherhood, family, and life. It’s no wonder we feel stretched thin. That’s why each year, I revisit the habits that support me—and choose a few new ones that will make the upcoming year smoother.
I call them Tiny Habits—small, simple actions done
consistently that give you a sense of calm and control. Tiny habits free up mental space, create structure, and help you work with intention instead of overwhelm. This week, I’m sharing 5 of my favorite Tiny Habits that keep me grounded and moving toward my goals:
#1 — Sunday Planning. No matter what’s happening, I block one hour every Sunday to map out my week. That single hour saves me
hours of stress—and I wake up Monday knowing exactly what I’m walking into.
#2 — Time-Blocking + Pomodoro. I organize my days in blocks dedicated to specific projects. Inside each block, I use the Pomodoro Technique for focused, distraction-free progress.
#3 — Review Your Goals Weekly. Every week, I read my goals and ask:
“What’s one thing I can do this week to move the
needle?” Seeing the goal weekly keeps me aligned, honest, and motivated.
#4 — Morning & End-of-Day Rituals. I start my mornings with meditation, 10 pages of reading, and a workout. My day ends the moment I clear my desk and close my computer—non-negotiable.
#5 — Connect & Collaborate. We aren’t meant to build businesses alone. Every week, I intentionally
connect with three people—a client, a colleague, and a friend. Community matters.
That’s why I’m launching THE ENTREPRENEURS COLLAB CIRCLE very soon. (Check it out here!)
